Looking to adopt a toy sized white non shedding dog under 10 pounds in Elsie, Oregon For Sale

Our family is looking for a small white non shedding type dog under 10 pounds we would prefer to adopt a dog around 5 -6 pounds as a companion dog for my disabled veteran husband. Age not to picky about we would prefer a adult dog who prefers to be a lap dog for us and who likes to be around their people all the time we are home all the time and have alot of love to give. we live in seaside oregon we would like to meet any available dog if possible my husband has some pet dander allergies and we want to be able to make sure he can tolerate a little dog we want a dog for forever.
